Our process is simple. Using heating, cooling and pressure, we create the fibrous texture of meat from plant-based proteins. We then mix in fats, minerals, fruit and vegetable-based colors, natural flavors, and carbohydrates to replicate the appearance, juiciness, and flavor of meat. The result? Uncompromisingly delicious plant-based burgers, sausage, and beef, no sacrifice required.

Our products offer greater or equal protein levels than their animal counterparts, no cholesterol, less saturated fat, and no antibiotics or hormones. Packs of 10-4oz Patties are shipped in a cooler with dry ice and/or gel packs.
